Hosted Desktop Connection Instructions

1.  If it is not already installed on your computer, download and install the Mac RDP Client.

Note: For Mac OS X version 10.4.9 and later, install the most current version, version 2.0.1, of the Mac RDP client.  Click here to download version 2.0.1 of the Mac RDP client.

For Mac OS X versions between 10.2.8 and 10.4.8, you will need to use version 1.0.3 of the Mac RDP client.  Click here to download version 1.0.3 of the RDP client.

2.  After installing, run the RDP Client.

3.  Type rdp.nextdesktop.com in Computer: text box on the Remote Desktop Connection dialog.
     

4.  You will be connected to your remote desktop.

5.  Enter or select your hosted desktop username.  Enter your hosted desktop password.

6.  Click the right arrow icon, or press the Enter key to complete the log in.
