Note:  To be able to connect to your hosted desktop via the web, you will need to adjust two settings in Internet Explorer.  You will need to: 1) add the hosted desktop URL to your trusted sites, and 2) enable the Microsoft Terminal Service client control.

Also Note:  You will only be able to connect to your hosted desktop from Internet Explorer version 6 or higher.

To add the hosted desktop URL to your trusted sites:
1.  From Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.
2.  Select the Security tab and click on Trusted Sites.
3.  Then, click on the Sites button.
4.  Type https://web.nextdesktop.com in the “Add this website to the zone:" text box.
5.  Click the Add button, and then click the Close button.

To enable the Microsoft terminal service client control:
1.  From Internet Explorer, select Tools > Manage Add-ons.
2.  Select the Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control.
3.  Click on Enable and then click on Close.
