Note: For Mac OS X version 10.4.9 and later, EasyPrint is supported; i.e. any printer installed on the computer from which you are connecting to your hosted desktop will be "passed through" to your terminal service session providing you have installed the most current version, version 2.0.1, of the Mac RDP client. For Mac OS X versions between 10.2.8 and 10.4.8, you will need to use version 1.0.3 of the Mac RDP client. Click here to download version 1.0.3 of the Mac RDP client.
Note: EasyPrint is not supported with version 1.0.3 of the Mac RDP client.
Alternatives include:
1. Run Win XP3 or later using a virtualization software product like Parallels, VMWare Fusion, Sun VirtualBox, or Apple Boot Camp.
2. Purchase and connect from one of our supported Thin Client devices.
3. Email or copy the file that you wish to print to your local computer and print from your local computer.
