Note: With a Windows XP OS with SP3 or higher, and .Net version 3.0 or higher, any printer installed on the public computer will pass through to your hosted desktop.
If you find you are unable to print to an installed printer on a public computer, email or copy the file that you wish to print to the public computer. Then access the file from the public computer to print it.
To be able to print from your hosted desktop via a Web connection:
1. There must be a printer installed on the public computer.
2. And, the public computer from which you connected to your hosted desktop must be running Windows XP with SP3 or higher and .Net version 3.0 or higher.
