Note: Printing from your hosted desktop will not work from a Windows XP computer without SP2 with .Net 3.0 and RDP 6.1 update.
To be able to print from your hosted desktop, please do one of the following:
1. Upgrade the Operating System of your computer to Windows XP with SP3 or higher.
2. Purchase and connect from one of our supported Thin Client devices.
3. Email or copy the file that you wish to print to your local computer, and then print from your local computer.
