Using the OpenOffice Write to Create Single Level Lists

1.  To apply numbering manually, click in the paragraph, and then click the Numbering On/Off or Bullets On/Off icon on the Formatting Bar.

a.  When you press Enter on your keyboard in a numbered or bulleted list, the OpenOffice Writer automatically numbers the next paragraph.

b.  To remove the numbering or bullet from the new paragraph, press Enter again.

 2.     When you click in a numbered paragraph, the Bullets and Numbering Toolbar will appear.  You can use the commands on this toolbar to edit a numbered or bulleted list.
