Not all carrriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) include the Remote Desktop client. If it is missing on your Windows Mobile smartphone, please contact your carrier.
From your Windows Mobile 5 or Windows Mobile 6 smartphone, launch the Remote Desktop client, and use the following settings to connect:
Computer: rdp.nextdesktop.com
User name: <this is your assigned username and is in the form of an email address
Password: <your password assigned to you by your admin>
Domain: HostedDesktop
